TERMS & CONDITIONS

LEVEL MOTORSPORT WIRING

We are a Motorsport Wiring Manufacturer.

As a Motorsport Wiring Manufacturer, all available services are centered around the design and building of the wiring harnesses, whether that be a custom one off project or production work.

We DO NOT offer services outside the scope of this. Including mechanical, diagnostics, calibration, tuning and set up of electronics, including removal of any parts on vehicles.

We ONLY fit the wiring harness we have manufactured to vehicles.

We are not responsible for the fitting of any other parts and or electronics to vehicles, this is down to the vehicle owner

and will need to be done prior to the vehicle coming to us for wiring.

We are not responsible for any parts and/or electronics that are purchased from other suppliers. Any faults and issues with these will need to be resolved by the supplier you purchased from.

They are not included in the services we offer as they are not part of the wiring harneses we maufactuer.

WIRING SERVICES

Wiring services require a minimum of a 50% deposit to secure your booking slot. This is due upon invoice and will be sent once we have completed all documentation and planning for your vehicle.

Our estimates are valid for 7 days, any estimates accepted outside of this will require a re-evaluation, before payment is made.

By accepting any estimates, paying deposits and/or invoices you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

If you are bringing a vehicle to us, the date for drop off will be arranged ahead of time on a date convenient for both parties.

Spaces for drop off are only available depending on storage space that we have available.

Invoices for parts, are to be paid in full.

Vehicles are to be collected with in 7 days of work being completed, there will be a weekly storage fee for vehicles collected outside of the 7 days, Unless agreed on by both parties.

Invoices are to be paid on the date due, as stated.

Failiure to pay invoices according to the due date will result in 10% interest being applied monthly.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

All wiring work requires a minimum of a 50% deposit. This deposit secures your booking date, and covers the purchase of all parts required for the work to begin. In some cases deposits maybe higher than the 50% initially required as it depends of the cost of parts required. Projects with higher parts costs will required a higher deposit.

Paying your deposit does not indicate work starting on your vehicle, the same as dropping your vehicle off to us earlier than the date of work.

Once work has been completed you will recieve a final payment invoice. This will include the remaining payment for the wiring harnesses and any additional costings incurred during the project. We will inform any customers at the time of any aditional costs being added.

PROJECT TURNAROUND

Turnaround times vary based on project complexity, we will give you an estimate of turn around time upon booking and deposit being paid.

However, while we aim to work within these estimated times there are many factors which can cause delays, this includes deposits not being paid, lead times on parts, shipping delays, issues run in to with other ongoing projects, etc

Any adjustment to your plans for the vehicle which alters the planning and layout will increase leadtimes for the project, including any changes to the overall project such as going from an engine harness to a full car project. These kinds of changes are also subject to the booking slot of the project being moved if it is going to run into an existing project or an already booked slot.

We keep all customers informed of delays and issues while the project is on going.

Please note: Deposits do not indicate work has started, they secure your previously agreed start date, same as dropping your vehicle off early does not mean work will immediately start.

We typically are booked a minimum of 6 months in advance, there is no jumping the queue, work on your project begins when agreed upon. Please take this into consideration when looking to book in with us.

VEHICLE PREP BEFORE BEING DROPPED OFF

All vehicles need to be fully prepped prior to drop off. This means, any parts that need to be removed, including interior parts, prior to being dropped off. We do not offer, as part of our Motorsport Wiring services, the removal of any parts of your vehicle, including but not limited to: bumpers, interior parts, external wings, diffusers, seats and/or electronics, mounted items or existing wiring harnesses etc

We need to be able to access all areas the wiring will need to be located, So please ensure these are accessible prior to the vehicle being dropped off. Please bring any items with the vehicle you feel we may need in an additional storage box which can be left with the vehicle.

All electonic parts that need to be mounted need to be done prior to drop off, so we can get specific measurements to make sure the harness fits perfectly to the layout of your vehicle.

Please note: We do not under any circumstances remove any parts from any vehicles.
